By creating a profile on Bouki, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our app.

Bouki will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UAE.

If you wish to delete your Bouki account and all associated data, you have two options:

1. Open the Bouki app, go to Side Bar → Delete Account, and follow the on-screen instructions to delete your account.

2. If you cannot access the app, please send an email to info@bouki.ai with your account details, including your registered mobile number, name, and email address, and use the subject line "Delete My Account". Our support team will contact you to verify your information and process your request.

Please note that once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone, and all your data will be permanently removed.
